About Kathleen
As the founder of KeenTC, Kathleen believes that the extra mile should be expected and then exceeded. She has been working as a transaction coordinator since 2016 and is Side-certified since 2019.
Kathleen began in real estate as an office manager, then quickly realized her skillset of detail and efficiency made transaction coordination a natural fit. After ensuring a smooth process for hundreds of transactions, she dove deeper, becoming a realtor herself. Through her experience, she understands and can anticipate each client's needs.
Now her focus is only transaction management where she offers transaction coordination services to businesses in her local community and beyond.
When not working for her clients and community, you’ll find Kathleen enjoying time with her children, her dog, and finding adventure wherever she can. She resides in Orange County, CA.
